Well the day seems to be taking shape; caterer is booked for the BBQ and ice -cream, bouncy castle request sent, projector sorted for the athletics (just need to get a cable to hook it up!) and all the training groups seem to be well in the spirit with having a stall each. All we need now is some helpers for the pentathlon (cue some older athletes to chip in...) and of course sell lots of tickets!

Here is the list of stalls to date that each group is setting up:

• Arthur Grey - Queen of Hearts
• Dave Laing - chocolate tombolla

If you have "stuff" you would like to donate then please hand it into the respective groups (donations of cake and candy can be brought on the day).

All the coaches have been given entry forms or you can pick one up from the cafe.
