There have been many tributes to mark the passing of Sean McQueen, a former member of our club. We, as a club would like to make our own tribute and after some thought have decided to present the Sean McQueen Memorial Salver at our Club Champs. This award will be presented to the best performance over 300 or 400m. This distance was one of Sean's favoured events and his PB for 400m was 49.49 seconds.
We hope this is a fitting tribute and look forward to seeing the athletes from U15 up to Senior compete over this distance tomorrow evening.
