The newly formed Fundraising and Events sub-group are looking to kick off with an opportunity to assist at the Edinburgh Marathon festival. Details are as follows:
Sunday Sector 7 Team
Date: Sunday 31st May
Start Time: 9:30am
End Time: 4pm
Location: Port Seton to Longniddry (EH32 0DZ)
People required: 1 x Team Leader, 15 x Marshals
Age: 16+
I am looking for 15 volunteers to help and we can offer £10 to help with travel expenses and in return the club would make £400. For any who have previously been involved with this event, whether volunteering or running you will know that it is a great race to support. This is already a regular fundraiser for Dunfermline Track & Field club.
