Pitreavie Amateur Athletic Club was formed in 1956 by a group of local athletics enthusiasts.
When the track at Pitreavie Stadium was constucted it was the finest in Scotland which enabled the club to encourage and local athletes in all disciplines,T&F,X-C,Road & Hill Running.
Since then Pitreave AAC has grown to become one of the major clubs in Scottish Athletics catering for Men & Ladies of all ages and abilities from 9yr olds upwards.
Pitreavie AAC teams take part in all the athletic disciplines, have highly qualified coaches and excellent facilities. Pitreavie`s athletes have competed at all levels, up to Olympic games, but there is always recognition of the loyal club member.
