James Adam claimed a Scottish All-time Indoor Best Performance by an Under 15 boy last weekend at the Miler Meeting held at the Emirates Stadium in Glasgow. James completed the 3K distance in a time of 10.01.26 which is a fantastic achievement as the previous Best Performance was set back in 1991 by Bryan Hendry (Irvine AC) with a time of 10:12:8 . Well done to James who is also coached by John Wands.
At the same meeting Tyler White ran a fantastic 10.08.52 in the Under 17 race. This is the second best all time performance in the history of the club at this age group. Well done to both athletes.
