I am pleased to advise that we have hired Brian Winning (lead Scottish Development coach) for a few months to help resolve our shortage of hurdlers in the Club and provide an opportunity for youngsters who have not yet been exposed to hurdling.
Brian will be running sessions on a Wednesday from 7pm to 9pm for sprint hurdles and on a Sunday from 1.30pm to 3 pm for distance hurdles.
The plan is to split the session from 7pm to 8pm for beginners and U13 athletes, and 8pm to 9pm for our older athletes. Please be aware the distance hurdle session will only be open to those who will be U16 and above next athletic year.
